We want to make returns as easy as possible! If you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Once the return is approved, please ship your item(s) back in the original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging, postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. Note: Buyers will be responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method promptly after the return is received.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please email us with photos within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.
